Dr. Clay C. Prince, MD
I attended medical school at the University of Utah School of Medicine, and completed a Family Practice Residency in Fort Wayne, Indiana, where I also earned a Certificate of Advanced Qualification in Obstetrics. I have practiced medicine in Rexburg since 2004, and I also serve as Chief Medical Officer for Madison Memorial Hospital.
Our family practice is a self-owned business, which my partner and I run ourselves. We care about our patients, and we hope they care for us, too!

I am a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner here at CFC. I am also connected with Madison Memorial Hospital. Our private practice always welcomes new patients and we offer telehealth visits, too!
